Sliding spindle, also called sliding shoe, is a kind of machine accessories mounted on electric engraving machines to assist in engraving copper plates.
And HELL sliding spindle is used to support the distance between the carving stylus and the copper plate. The end face of HELL sliding spindle is specially machined into a sphere, so it's durable, steady and easy to operate.
Application:
Hell sliding spindle is suitable some kinds of electronic engraving head, just like: Engraving head B, engraving head C+, engraving head D, Heliosprint B engraving head, Heliosprint C engraving head, Heliosprint D engraving head and so on.
Hell 12k sliding shoe is suitable for HelioSprint Ⅲ, Xtreme, 12KHZ engraving head.
Hell camera sliding shoe is suitable for K500 G3, K500 G3 XL engraving machine.

When installing the sliding shoe, do not touch the diamond cutting edge directly with your hand or other objects. If you need to wipe, please use isopropyl alcohol or acetone and a lint free cloth or an elder pitch. If you need more aggressive cleaning in order to remove a particular contaminant, please discuss with us.
How to check whether the sliding shoe is qualified?
The aperture observed under the professional detection equipment shows the perfect condition of the sliding shoe.
After a period of use, the diamond surface of the sliding shoe is prone to mechanical wear, and if the scratch is serious, it needs to be re-polished.
Method of usage
1. First of all, you need to carefully clean the surface of the engraving head with a brush.
2. Unscrew the embedded screw (M4), and then pull the sliding spindle on the spindle rotation knob forward.
3. Rotate the sliding spindle completely out.
4. Remove the cover on the spindle rotation knob.
5. Unscrew the lower fixing nut, and then remove the rotary knob on the spindle.
6. Install the rotary knob on the new slider spindle.
7. Fix the spindle of the sliding shoe through the nut so that there is no gap between them.
8. Place the sliding spindle in the engraving head.
9. Fix the insert screw (M4) (with 1,4 NM).
10. Place the carving head on the electric carving needle ruler.
11. Rotate the spindle of the sliding spindle in a clockwise direction until the sliding v is visible in the microscope.
12. Continue to rotate the sliding spindle until the tip of the needle is just not visible in the microscope.
13. Remove the engraving head from the electric engraving needle ruler.
The spindle of the sliding shoe is replaced.
